Directions for Use:
• Training/Competition: Administer one-half (1/2) scoop (Approx. 25 g) once per day for five days at mealtime. Thereafter, administer one scoop (Approx. 50 g) once per day at mealtime. Begin competition dose one month before season.
• Off-Season/Light Exercise: Administer one-half (1/2) scoop (Approx. 25 g) once per day at mealtime.
• Enclosed scoop holds 50 grams
• Note: Use in accordance with event rules which govern the use of all products, including the timing for when products may be used.
