Directions for Use:

Pre-Event Use: Administer one Pak 3-6 hours before event during or after mealtime.

Alternate Directions for Use: Administer 1/2 Pak (Approx. 45 grams) the day before event and 1/2 Pak 3-6 hours before the event during or after mealtime.

Note Use in accordance with event rules which govern the use of all products, including the timing for when products may be used.
