PAK 3D (3 Days Out) provides a high dose of Branched Chain Amino Acids with L-Glutamine to promote recovery from exercise-induced muscle fatigue and soreness plus L-Arginine AKG and D-Ribose to support vascular health and maximum exercise capacity for a performance surge and a strong finish.

In addition to the ingredients in Pak 3D, Pak 2D (2 Days Out) adds Quercetin, an antioxidant to support normal muscle function. Quercetin also supports the normal health of the mitochondria which are the energy producing factories found in the cells.

For the final load day, Pak 1D (1 Day Out) includes all the ingredients in Paks 3D and 2D PLUS Potassium, Sodium and Calcium to support normal electrolyte levels in preparation for the next day’s event. Proper electrolyte balance combined with calcium is beneficial for normal muscle function.
