Active Ingredients per 20 grams: Proprietary G.O. BIG Muscle Matrix Blend of: [L-Leucine, L-Valine, HMB (Calcium beta-Hydroxy beta-Methylbutyrate), L-Glutamine, L-Isoleucine, L-Ornithine, L-Arginine] 15,700mg, Gamma Oryzanol 2,900mg, L-Lysine 1,400mg

Directions for Use:
